What is the best website to get info on small business grants for minorites and women? I am looking into opening a small business but I need some financial backing. I have looked through several websites but they always want you to pay for their services. Isn’t there a government website where I can get this info without having to pay a third party company?

Since the program gives a strong emphasis on helping existing businesses grow, eligible applications for the grant money for starting a business are public entities and nonprofit corporations that may in turn award money to the residents they serve.
